この冬は暖か過ぎて季節感が狂ってしまい困りますね。
先日インターンシップを経て、新しく入社する方が1人決まりました。
とても嬉しいことです。
一日一緒に周りましたが、とても真面目で気遣いをなさる素晴らしい方でした。
作業でもすぐに要領をつかみ自分でやり方を見つけてしまうので驚きました。
現在別の方がインターンシップで来てらっしゃいますが、とても好印象な方なので入社してもらえるなら非常に楽しみです。

A happy new year! It’s very warm in the winter, so I think many people have strange feeling of season.
The other day we decided a new member would join us. I’m glad to hear that. I worked with him throughout a day when he joined our internship program. I found that he is very serious, sensitive, and wonderful. He was able to used to doing our job quickly, so I was very surprised to see it.
Now, we have another person to join our internship program. He is very nice, and I’m looking forward to working with him if he enter our company.
