現在求人活動を行っていますが、弊社にはインターンシップという制度があります。
実際に業務を体験して頂いて、会社の雰囲気・働いている従業員・仕事内容について理解を深めてもらうという取り組みです。
実施期間はだいたい一週間程度です。
この期間に、お互いの相性を見て行きながら、ご縁があれば正社員として入社という形になります。
現在一名の方が参加して下さっており、楽しくインターンシップをさせて頂いております。
インターンシップの方がいらっしゃると私共も新鮮な気持ちになることが出来ます。

Recently we have been recruiting new members. Our company have an internship program. At the program, participants experience our work. they are expected to become familiar with our corporate atmosphere, employees, and contents of work by doing it. It usually takes a week to complete the program. During it we find out if we and a participant can get along with each other. Then we decide whether we formally hire a participant.
Now we have a participant experiencing the internship program, and we enjoy working with him. When we welcome an internship participant, we can always feel fresh.

ロック事業部の川井です。
先日起きた衝撃体験をお話ししたいと思います。
この仕事は膝をついたりしゃがみこむような姿勢で作業を行うことが多いです。
先日作業中にしゃがみこんだところ
お尻のあたりからビリッという不吉な音がし、
今まで感じたことのない突き抜けるような爽快な風が吹き込み
私の臀部をなでるのをかんじました。
お尻のあたりをさわると、なんとズボンが思いっきり破けてしまっていたのです。
こんなことをまだ人生で5回しか経験したことのない私はパニックになりましたが、
こんな時のために予備のズボンを用意してたので良かったです。
体重が100キロほどしかない私には原因が皆目見当もつきません。
備えあれば憂いなしというのを肌に感じれました。

During work, we often drop to our knees and squat on the floor.
A few days ago, when I squatted, I heared a strange sound around my bottom.
Refreshing wind I had never felt before was penetrating, and it touched my bottom.
Then I touched my hips to examine what was going on. To my surprise, my pants had teared.
I have ever had experiences like that just 5 times in my life. So, I got upset at first, but I felt relieved when I realized that I had prepared spare pants just in case.
I, being 100 kilograms in weight, have no idea why that thing happened.
