先日はドアクローザー(ドアの開閉時にスピードを調整するもの)の不具合のご連絡を頂き、対応しました。
ドアクローザーにはスピードを調整する部位があり、そこでスピードの調整がきかなかったり、油が漏れていたりすれば本体の故障となります。
ドアをあけてバターンと勢い良くしまってしまうと、近隣住人様からの苦情や指を挟んでしまう等の危険が伴います
